All that we want to convey through it is that like any and every other competition Happenings also does have the so called RULEZ AND REGZ impartial to all!!! All the rules and regulations are straight and simple[so read at your ease] till Rule #14 and as u stumble upon Rule #15 you will realise that you need to give it a serious thought! #1. The contest is open only to institutions/colleges of Goa, invited by Goa Engineering College. #2. Only Bonafide students of the participating colleges will be eligible to participate in the competition. Each participant should carry his/her identity card during the entire course of event. #3. The college to reach first at GEC happenings site with flag and 25 students and register shall get bonus of 20 points on each day. #4. Next 2 colleges to reach the campus and register before 11:00am will get 10 points each. #5. Get your own requirements for each event. The Happenings Crew will not provide any accessories. #6. The points system is as follows a. First place 50 points b. Second place 30 points c. Third place 20 points #7. Single joker a. First place 50+30 points b. Second place 30+10 points c. 3rd place 20 -10=10 points Else for other places -20 points #8. Single joker can be used for only 4 onstage n 4 offstage events. #9. Double joker can be used only for the following three events a. Day 1-    Old is gold b. Day 2-    Western Break c. Day 3-     Rampage #10. Points system is as follows a. First place 50+60 points b. Second place 30+20 points c. Third place 20-20=0 points Else for other places -30 points. #11. Single joker n double joker cannot be used simultaneously. #12. Extra time if consumed then points shall be deducted. #13. Decision by the event coordinators will be final n binding to all participating colleges on any matter. #14. To protest against any colleges/event, a non refundable protest registration fee of rs 1000/- will be charged before the investigations are launched. #15. Incase of any loss/damage done to the college property, the participating college/chief co-coordinator shall be held responsible for the damages and will have to pay the fine for the same.
